The bodybuilding arena is changing rapidly, with new athletes entering the competitive sphere. The sport’s fans are always accommodating to the best physique, and recently, boosted their imagination with his monstrous physique. The Colombian bodybuilder’s competitive journey started in 2019 when he competed in the Elite Pro South America. 

In just four years, the bodybuilding mammoth earned his Pro Card at the 2023 EVLS Prague Pro Amateur and now challenges the Top 3 Mr. Olympia champion Samson Dauda. So, a fan asked Nick Walker in the Q&A session, “What do you think about Rubiel Mosquera?” And the Mutant was more than excited to put out his thoughts.

I think My Man’s a freak. Literally, I think he is a freak, and I think, if he just keeps improving conditioning, he will be a force in the IFBB,Walker said in his Instagram story. However, not just the 2021 Arnold Classic Winner, retired bodybuilding icon Rich Gaspari, and the uncrowned Mr. Olympia Flex Wheeler also maintain a similar opinion on Neckzilla.

The 28-year-old is a rising phenomenon in the bodybuilding arena of late, and icons from yesteryears, Flex Wheeler and Rich Gaspari, can’t agree more. The Sultan of Symmetry took his time out to share an appreciative post on Instagram and wrote, “Kid looks insane.” Rich Gaspari also took note of the new sensation and dedicated a post to him.

While many recognize Mosquera for his thick muscular neck, Gaspari took notice of his quads and announced that he is the new “Quadzilla” in the Pro ranks and would bring freshness to the bodybuilding scene.
