The self-proclaimed son of Ronnie Coleman uploaded a video on his YouTube channel titled “Training W/ UFC’s Strongest Fighter Michael Chandler.” A snippet from the video depicts the young fitness influencer’s struggles to match Chandler’s enormous energy. At 7:00 A.M they set out on their training routine, starting with Stairs of Death.
“We are at the stairs of death that lead to my outdoor suffering Sanctuary, I love it,” the Iron said to the 23-year-old. He further explained, “So first thing in the morning, get the legs pumping, get the heart pumping.”
As they run through the greenery, the YouTuber exclaimed, “My legs are burning right now I’m not gonna lie!” He even went on to say to the 37-year-old, “I’m not a pro fighter like you.” However, the strenuous workout session with the UFC icon just started.
