Ken Cooper hit leg day for the first time after his injury

In January 2022, Ken Cooper posted a video on Instagram where he was seen attempting barbell squats for the first time after his injury. He captioned the picture. “Best leg day since my squat injury last year! Being patient and going up about 10kg a week is really paying off. My top set felt better and lighter than 377 x 5 did last week- and I only planned on 309 lbs x 8 for my backoff set but it felt so nice I cranked out an easy 12 reps.”
