Arnold Schwarzenegger is high on giving back to the society. While the super shredded physique of his bodybuilding days and action sequences in films prove his machismo, his personal life pictures his kindheartedness. As Christmas Eve is here, Schwarzenegger braced himself for spreading happiness among the underprivileged youth.

But Arnie has a reason for making the disadvantageous youngsters feel wanted and loved. Schwarzenegger recounted how his friends included him in Christmas Eve celebrations in the initial years after arriving in America.

Arnie’s family survived with minimum economic resources during his childhood. Despite becoming the Mr. Universe champion at 20, the bodybuilding sport wasn’t financially rewarding for Schwarzenegger. When he decided to shift to America, he had only 20 bucks with him. However, he made generous friends who had his back in a foreign country. “When I first came to America, my friends at Gold’s Gym were so generous. They brought me in during Christmas time and made me feel so happy and included,” a happy Schwarzenegger reveals in his Instagram post.

So, the Terminator icon wants to spread the kindness of his friends by giving away Christmas gifts to the needy. The 76-year-old visited the Hollenbeck Youth Center to follow his 30-year-old tradition of offering presents to his disadvantaged friends, making them feel elated with his loving gesture.

The Kindergarten Cop enjoys the children’s smile as he greets his younger friends. Christmas festivities have already started for Schwarzenegger and his pals from Hollenbeck Youth Center. But how Schwarzenegger is not confining his Be Useful mantra just to yearly festivities?

The Governator’s father Gustav Schwarzenegger insisted Arnie to “Be Useful” in everything his son did. However, Arnie was involved in shaping Mr. Olympia’s physique in his early life. But once he established his name in the elites of America, the Austrian Oak formulated ways to contribute to the sport and society. He started the Arnold Classic for aspiring bodybuilders. During his Governor tenure in California, Schwarzenegger worked for environmental causes and continues to do so.

This year, Arnie found a new way to contribute to the well-being of society, just like he saved humanity in Terminator 2. He started a fitness newsletter Arnold’s Pump Club to share authentic evidence-based fitness principles. He curated Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life to share his winning secrets with youth.
