Mike O’Hearn shared a story of his four-year-old kid who passionately helps his mother in the gym, even at such a delicate age. However, Titan expressed his concern about what his kid wants to become when he grows up. According to O’Hearn, generally, children do not choose the same path as their fathers. Zane replied to O’Hearn’s concern and said, “You just have to set the example and don’t force him into anything.”

Furthermore, the 81-year-old also confessed that he never had a role model while growing up. Zane’s father was an electrician fixing things only when they broke. In an area without a fitness culture, physical well-being was not prioritized. However, “I knew my father had a good physique but basically, it didn’t last I mean he died at 57 from smoking cigarettes and drinking like six quarts of beer a night but he was a hard worker uh but you know he uh the physical fitness theme was not there for him,” said Zane in the video.

Despite not having a role model, Zane astounded the world with his incredible aesthetical physique. Even today his methods were followed by many aspiring bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts. However, in an interview, he revealed that during the golden era, all the bodybuilders used to have the same workout routine.
