However, after getting pregnant for the third time, she gained all the weight back. That is when she started her fitness journey from scratch. Emma wrote in the caption, ?In no way is this post (or any of my posts) about being fat phobic or against gaining weight.?

She further wrote, ?Personally, for me postpartum is never about appearance and the aesthetics but more trying to get my weight down to be as healthy as possible because I am at risk of developing type 2 diabetes in the future if I don?t do anything about it.? Tia-Clair Toomey, right before announcing her pregnancy, shared her strong ambition to win her seventh CrossFit Games title.
