Derek Lunsford recently took to his official Instagram account and shared a video unraveling the ultimate back workout to gain massive definitions. He wrapped up the routine in an hour, incorporating eight exercises and four back-to-back supersets. He shared snippets from the hour-long video on his Instagram, leaving the entire vlog on his YouTube channel.

In the caption, Derek Lunsford wrote, Back-To-Back 💥 Superset Back Workout. 8 exercises / 1 hour. Get in. Get after it. Get it done.” His massive back popped out while performing the workouts, and there is no doubt that he stole the show with his hard work and efficiency, leaving the entire community drooling over his muscular physique.

He displayed his entire journey to the competition and it was in the middle of the video that a fan congratulating him, commented, “Go win next year champ.”
