Arnold Schwarzenegger would do anything to push the boundaries of the bodybuilding arena and help anyone gain access to better health. Keeping with that nature, he used to once sneak inside Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, California, just to train his fans. The touch of benevolence and generosity in him hasn’t been lost yet. In his newsletter Arnold’s Pump Club, he promised to look after two of his fans.

“There are a lot of bestselling books about fitness and nutrition that are sold by shysters and snake oil salesmen. Adam’s book is the opposite… underdog in a market…” wrote two of his fans. Agreeing to them, Schwarzenegger replied, “So let’s come together for Adam. He’s promising to fly two of you out to train with me at Gold’s Gym. We’ll get a great pump, and it will be a fantastic time”.

For the unversed, Adam Bornstein’s book, “You Can’t Screw This Up: Why Eating Takeout, Enjoying Dessert, and Taking the Stress Out of Dieting Leads to Weight Loss That Lasts” released this year in March with a foreword by Schwarzenegger.

This is a golden opportunity for his fans who want to buy the book

In his newsletter, which is changing lives already, Schwarzenegger praised his village as they often come together and help each other out. And on this occasion, it was time for them to support Bornstein and his book. Schwarzenegger wrote the foreword because he believes in the project, and wants his newsletter family to feel the same. Hence, he extended the opportunity to every subscriber to buy the book and get a chance to train with him. Also, for every book sold, one dollar from the price of the book would go to Schwarzenegger’s ‘All School All Stars Program’.
