Bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger’s association with his fans and his newsletter family seems to just strengthen with time. In the newest edition of his newsletter, Schwarzenegger has come out with a piece of brand-new stat-based information that wouldn’t really put a smile on most Americans’ faces. However, the Terminator star, determined as ever, vows to do something about it. He is convinced of trying and finding a better way of helping nearly 75% of the American population.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has shared a rather upsetting fact that nearly 75% of the US, which amounts to 250675390 people, are either obese or overweight. If those stats are upsetting, their impact is even worse. But Schwarzenegger believes even such a large tide can be turned.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back with his newsletter, Arnold’s Pump Club, where he tackles a rather tricky and sensitive subject. But one that nevertheless requires a solution. He wrote, “In the United States, nearly 75 percent of people are overweight or obese”. This also goes completely in contrast with the trends the rest of the world has been setting for the past 3 decades. This manner of comparison makes it an even more alarming matter.

Schwarzenegger is also baffled to learn that such high rates of obesity didn’t exist back in the day when he was a young bodybuilder, whereas it has only increased despite the high number of training facilities. He wrote, “You would think that access to gyms would make us healthier. And yet, I see some very disturbing trends in nutrition”.
