The legendary bodybuilder Jay Cutler embraced his legacy with his nurturing demeanor. He’s been in the fitness industry for over 30 decades. One of the most admirable bodybuilders of all time. However, Mr. Olympia throughout his career depended on a variety of diets to make the best shape for competing. He began his training when he was in college.

A bodybuilding magazine fascinated the Arnold Classic when he was just 12 years old and since then he wished to have a body like that. He joined the gym to reduce stress. Gradually Cutler started getting attracted towards heavy weight lifting without knowing that he’d compete.

Jay Cutler’s six meals a day helped him develop a giant physique

Cutler developed an extraordinary body when he was a graduate, due to his intense schedule and training. He used to work with his family, they had a concrete business. Cutler also helped his family, however, his family wanted him to join the family business full-time, but he refused and eventually shifted his focus to bodybuilding.

Recently, The bodybuilding beast shared his diet plan when he was preparing to enter the competitive era. Cutler uploaded a YouTube video on his channel with Manager Matt. They were answering the questions asked by fans. One follower asked him about his diet plan then and now, and mentioned does he still delving into that nutrition plan.

Therefore, the 50-year-old remembered his training days. He used to follow a 6-day meal with a low-fat diet. “I was more stocky right. I graduated high school at 200. I had muscle definition. I worked concrete uh I was rather lean but not overly lean..,” He gained around 50 pounds from the one-year course.

Different coaches have different diet approaches

Jay continued and added, “I did gain like 50 pounds the first year of training. once he put me on a nutrition program okay because I learned how to eat six meals a day I mean I always work in concrete eating twice a day or once a day sometimes so I think I just worked with my body.” The GOAT also shared his experience with his coaches and their approach to diet. His coach Chris Aceto was focused on a six-meal-a-day diet and he believed in simplistic eating.

On the other hand, when he was training with Pro Creator Hany Rambod, “Then working with Hany in 2009 10 and 11. Hany was a believer in adding some fats once I was lean enough but off-season I would still stick to more of just eating protein carbs and try to stay like, a little less in the fats unless I had a cheat meal right I’d have Burgers and Fries and whatever.” He changed his diet plan completely and surely it helped him to win.
