However, even the best has the best. In a recent video shared online, O’Hearn, despite his titan-esque physique and youthful exuberance, declares the 77 YO Bodybuilding legend as ‘the best’ in the entire sphere.

Mike O’Hearn recently took to his official YouTube page and posted a video of a full back day workout with his favorite gym buddy Robby Robinson, also known as the Black Prince. In the video, as Robinson gets done with his set of back rows, he hits The Titan in his arms out of excitement.

To this, Mike O’Hearn says, In my opinion, there’s nobody better in health and fitness in the world than what he’s doing because of the fact that health and fitness at the end of the day is about longevity being able to stay active as a being”. He further adds, “most of these guys are doing that are in their 20s and 30s now as a waiting principle well it’s the weight the contraction with the muscularity and the injury-free so yeah it is all of it is”.

Mike O’Hearn has always been inspired by Robby Robinson’s strength and both are often seen working out together in the gym, posting videos. Robby Robinson has also imparted some eye-opening lessons to The Titan that have motivated him.

During one of their workout sessions, The Black Prince took upon him the opportunity to impart The Titan certain valuable lesson that has helped him in sustaining in the competitive world of Bodybuilding. He states that the strength that he has acquired is purely a result of the years of hard work that he has put into it.

Robby Robinson advising the younger athletes said, “You gotta put in the work. If you’re not willing to put in the work… seriously, time to go home. Have a pizza. Sorry guys. No disrespect.
