Sam Sulek might be the only shining star of bodybuilding who turned many heads with his enchanting physique within such a short span of time. His dominance in the fitness world is evident even at the young age of 21. However, many fitness legends have accused him of using steroids and body-enhancing products to gain muscles and mass.
Sulek does not let people’s judgment define him. His recent training, during which he nearly injured his bicep, is proof of it. Putting aside the accusation of steroid use, he follows a perfect training routine to target a different part of his body. Recently, he opened up about how he nearly got himself injured.

In a recent video uploaded by Sam Sulek’s official channel, Sulek talks about his bicep training and how he nearly injured it because he forgot to follow his own advice. Revealing his bicep workout, he said, “I just took a day off like a week ago and I was like ‘all right they feel good do another bicep workout oh it’s kind of twinging to me again’. I’m being a little bit irresponsible by trying to push through it. I got to follow my own advice.”
Sulek revealed that he experienced twinging because he was a bit careless. His decision to push through it made him feel the pain in his biceps. He advised his viewers to ensure that nothing is “out of whack”, when they’re training to make sure that they don’t get injured. Meaning, if they feel like something is wrong while they’re exercising, they need to make sure they’re not pushing themselves too far.
Besides training and workouts, it seems that Sulek is also getting bashed for his dietary advice as well. Recently, he came up with high-calorie diet advice for aspiring bodybuilders. However, he was quickly criticized by many from the fitness world.

In this short clip, Sulek came up with calorie-loaded food advice. Sulek once said calories help one to get bigger and bulkier. He suggested eating around 4000 to 5000 calories every day to gain weight faster.
Sulek advised beginners to attain huge muscles, “Anything you can get that’s calorie-dense as long as you also hit your gram per pound of body weight of protein. So if you’re a 180-pound dog, you’re going to need 180 grams of protein. Increase that or decrease that, depending on what your actual lean body weight is now,” he suggested. He also suggested that if some were having trouble gaining weight to actually bulk, they should indulge in junk food in order to gain those extra calories.
However, some from the fitness world, including powerlifter Greg Doucette said that it was better if ate healthy, as this was the only life they were going to get. “You want to live as long as humanly possible,” he had said.
