On the personal side, he is a father of five and performs his daddy duties sincerely. His eldest child, Katherine Schwarzenegger, married Hollywood superhero Chris Pratt and is mother to two lovely girls.

Katherine Schwarzenegger often shares her thoughts on her Instagram, and her love for her family is evident in her posts. The mamma of the two kids made a sad confession lately.

Katherine Schwarzenegger’s confession as a mother

Bodybuilding fans can echo the feeling that time has just flown when it comes to Arnold Schwarzenegger. It was just as if he was posing on stage, getting married, and acting in action movies like yesterday. But the legend is already 76 years old. Now, Katherine experiences a similar emotion, witnessing her girls grow, in no time.

Katherine married Pratt in 2019 and welcomed their first child, Lyla, in 2020. The second baby, Eloise, was born in 2022. But the momma is feeling sad as she could see her babies grow faster. Revealing her emotions, she reposted an Instagram reel that depicts a mother crying and holding her newborn. 

When she was asked the reason, the momma in the reel explained, “Because time is going so fast.” The eldest daughter of the Terminator icon captioned her Instagram story, “I feel this.” Earlier, Katherine shared a heartwarming note cherishing her parents’ role as grandparents. 

The 33-year-old’s message to her parents

The Austrian Oak and his ex-wife Maria Shriver raised their four children with love and affection. Despite being separated as a couple a decade ago, Shriver and Schwarzenegger maintain a cordial relationship and celebrate all special occasions with their children under one roof. Both are also actively involved in their grandchildren’s lives.

So, recognizing her parents’ importance in her daughters’ lives, Katherine wrote, “I know how lucky I am to have my parents so present in my girls’ lives.” She felt grateful and appreciated her parents for being so generous in love.
