As per the interview, the 54-year-old athlete initially explained the form and strategy behind the upper body workouts he was doing. The first exercise was described to be a small range of motion, while the second was an over-exaggeration, a combination of exercises that appeals to O?Hearn.?
Later on, he recalled the exercises he performed the day before, a combination of basketball squats followed by partials and overloaded workouts. Hence, the athlete stumbled upon the revelation that if working out is wrecking shoulders, then ?imagine what life?s going to do to you.? That?s not all. He also pondered over the seriousness of the situation.?
?It’s like something I don’t think people comprehend, that’s where mostly everybody hurts themselves,? he disclosed. The athlete-turned-actor reflected on the mundaneness of the daily chores that have the potential to injure someone, like moving couches or picking up their kids. While this tip might make sense to fans, once one of his expert tips backfired, subjecting him to criticism from the fans. O?Hearn tackled the situation with an interesting insight of his own.?

Sharing a YouTube video on his channel once again, the star athlete took the opportunity to call out those fans who questioned the efficiency of an age-old workout. Moreover, he marked them as ?snowflakes? owing to their lack of technique and exaggerated fears. ?Stop saying it?s bad for you, you are doing it wrong, oh that?s gonna make some snowflakes very angry,? he said in the video.?

The exercise called behind-the-neck press, which is a developed version of the modern shoulder press, focuses on shoulder growth primarily. However, it?s a controversial exercise, keeping many enthusiasts from working on it, due to the high chances of injury risks. But the workout has been tested and researched to be safe and with proven efficiency.?
