Fans’ breath was taken away after seeing such a horrific incident in the gym

Fitness enthusiasts were saddened by the incident and expressed their concerns. A few believe the exercise is too risky when compared to the benefits it offers and suggested doing deadlifts and shoulder presses separately to avoid injury. “This is probably the most pointless exercise of all. Risk/Reward. Deadlifts and shoulder presses separately,” said one person. One jokingly said that the lifter’s stomach got in the way, making the lift difficult, “That stomach got in the way lol quit playing these games.” While some suggested alternatives, others expressed shock and hoped the lifter was not seriously hurt. “God that was horrible. Hope she’s okay. People have died like this.”

Another highlighted how the lifter didn’t learn the proper way to abandon a lift when it went wrong, which led to the accident. “She clearly wasn’t taught how to bail correctly,” they wrote. Another showed concern and penned, “I’m surprised she could move at all after that. Hope she’s ok.” One bodybuilding enthusiast emphasized on her poor form and technique. “Simply doesn’t know how to do the lift, it’s already dangerous to begin with,” they wrote. “When people are scared to tell you about yourself in the gym. And then karma takes care of it,” said one viewer, blaming the lifter’s mistakes that resulted in an injury.
