Mike also gives advice to his fans and fellow fitness enthusiasts on how to improve health and fitness with age. One thing that he believes in is longevity, and it starts with exercising in the youth.

In the later part of the podcast, Chris explains, ?There?s a lot of people who want to get into the gym, they want to get in shape.” He further says, ?And they can?t take that first step to work out.?
After explaining, Chris asks Mike, ?So what do you say to someone who?s going ?Man this is gonna be the year this is the year’?.. where do they start??
To this, Mike answers ? I would do the same thing you did. Grab an emotional attachment.?
He also says ?There?s the self fear of; and that?s where most people change, when the doctor says you got high blood pressure, it looks like diabetes is coming all those kind of things.? Mike also explained that people need to start working out before the diagnosis of this kind of disease.
Mike also talked about the prolonged training period
Mike O?Hearn definitely encourages working out from a young age and not stopping even if someone is old. However, he also advocates for a balanced workout routine and the negativity of prolonged training periods.

In one of his YouTube videos, he had previously talked about the negative effects of too much workout. He said, ?Got a lot of DMs about longevity training for a long period of time. Training correctly for a long period of time so you get better in time not just with exercise.?
