Marc Lobliner is a fitness coach and bodybuilding pro, who not only helps people in their fitness journeys, but also believes in the same process of exercise that bodybuilding legend Dorian Yates introduced. The MTS Nutrition CEO with more than 150 K followers on Instagram is already teaching his 10-year-old son the ways of the sport, while also teaching his followers the right way to exercise.

The video showcased the bodybuilding champion using a Panatta machine and getting his biceps pumped in the gym. He used four 45lbs plates for the exercise, which made it 180 LBs of weight for one hand.

In the captions, Lobliner explained that it was one of his heaviest sets and that was the reason his form was a little loose, but the Panatta machine gave the most amount of contraction and stretch which will help the arm and back muscles get pumped. He also explained how most gym bros give some or the other excuse and complain about things in the gym, rather than do the optimum exercise and undergo progressive overload.

He said, “You can optimize these gains of course, but most people can’t even be consistent and still worry about RIR, TUT, and other acronyms.” So ultimately, he advocated that one should lift weights rather than find an excuse not to.

Lobliner is not all about working out, though. The influencer had previously emphasized the importance of sleep if a person wants to make strides in bodybuilding.

Sleep deprivation can also cause heart attacks according to his knowledge. The coach also took a dig at the latest influencers, and said, “Another big trend of moronic influencers telling their followers not to sleep so they can “chase that bag” and whatever other fake BS they’re peddling.”

Since Mark Lobliner is saying something that already Dorian Yates has advocated for, do you think this is an effective way of exercise? Let us know in the comments below.
