What’s even more impressive was that the 23-year-old achieved these feats naturally, without any performance-enhancing substances. West’s journey involved intense training and a strict diet. In the past year, he collaborated with bodybuilding legends like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman, showing his dedication to fitness.

Known as the self-proclaimed son of the eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, West has gained a lot of online attention for his impressive physique and intense workout sessions. His hard work in the gym definitely gets people talking. Recently, he shared a video of his workouts on the streets of New York City with his squad.

Jesse James West recently shared a video on his YouTube Channel titled “Training In The STREETS! (NYC Calisthenics)”. They did some amazing exercises on the streets of New York without using any fancy gym equipment. They did handstand walks and front levers, showing how good they were at calisthenics.

In his video, he called this the“most insane workout of my life… especially the end…”. Jesse talked about why he liked doing calisthenics. According to him, calisthenics lets him express himself and feel free. It also helped him with anger management and dealing with things when life gets hard.

As the video, progressed West even challenged others to join him in working out in the streets. Earlier, the youngster had a chat with Hany Rambod where he talked about the time he mimicked Chris Bumstead.

The time when West ‘impersonated’ CBum at the Olympia

Hany Rambod is a super successful bodybuilding coach with a whopping 22 Olympia titles. Currently, he also trains Chris Bumstead, the five-time Classic Physique champion. In a recent podcast on Rambod’s YouTube channel, he chatted with Jesse, who went viral for mimicking Bumstead at last year’s Olympia and even sneaking past security.
