During the question-and-answer session, Coleman was asked whether he ever felt anxious before stepping out on stage. The eight-time Mr. Olympia champion replied that he never felt anxious, as he always had an optimistic approach.
Coleman revealed that during his career, he was always excited about getting on stage. “I always look forward to being on stage,” he said in the video. The King mentioned that it was an opportunity for him to push himself to the limit. Coleman explained that he never let the pressure of competing get to him. Coleman always focused on the task at hand and tried to enjoy the moment. “I was having a lot of fun, so being on the stage was the favorite, and my most memorable and my most happiest place to be,” he said.
While recalling his stage days, Coleman got nostalgic, and his eyes got misty. Coleman added that those were some of the best days of his life, and he would never forget the feeling of winning and performing on stage.
