The 42-year-old American TV personality, however, maintained that the Cortisone injections she takes for her psoriasis caused the dents in her hips, per The U.S. Sun.

It is no secret that the richest Kardashian always tries to maintain her physique. So, she has been training with Senada Greca since January. Now, the trainer has shared a gym routine of Kim Kardashian on Instagram. The online fitness community, however, was not impressed by the model’s working-out style. They have put their honest thoughts in the comment section of the post.

The American model sported a black gym suit for a glute workout session. Her trainer, Greca, shared a snippet of the billionaire’s lower body workout regime on her Instagram profile and captioned it, “Glutes Workout / Lower Body Workout – a little glimpse of some of Kim’s training.

She revealed that Kim has been training with her since the start of this year, and the celebrity ensures to get herself some exercise, despite her busy schedule. “I’m so proud of the progress we’ve made and excited to see where this journey takes us,” added the trainer in the post.

The trainer listed out the glute workouts of Kim Kardashian for her followers.

1. Clamshells with thrusts – 16 reps x 3 sets each side
2. Lateral goblet squats, band resisted – 12 reps x 3 sets each side
3. Belted squats – 12 reps x 4 sets + dropset of 12 reps
4. Seated abductions – 12 reps x 4 sets
5. Sumo RDLs – 12 reps x 4 sets
6. Hip thrusts – 12 reps x 4 sets + 8 half reps finisher
7. Banded monster walks – 30 reps

After watching her video, netizens are convinced that Kim is not an expert in her workout routine and reacted to the post.

Many comments suggested that the fitness community didn’t approve of Kim Kardashian’s workouts. “Her effort is laughable she doesn’t even do the full movement,” wrote a disappointed user. “That’s the most depressing squat I have ever seen in my entire life,” complained another fitness lover.
