“Most Beautiful Creation in the Universe”: 4 Weeks Out of Her First Competition, Russian Bodybuilding Beast Blows Up the Internet

Vladislava Galagan, who was dubbed as the ‘Kendall Jenner of Bodubuilding’ often leaves people’s eye popping. The bodybuilder shared that she will compete after 4 weeks and has a lot of prepping to do. Despite being sick for a week, she seems to be on track.

Amidst the work she needs to put in to hit her goals, the Russian bodybuilding beast posted a carousel of videos in which she flaunted her physique. And fans were in awe!

If we take a sneak peek into her training routine, she prefers to train six days a week with compound exercises to target and strengthen from minor to major muscle groups in the body. Moreover, she often trains with free weights and machines, and because of this, her physique is always shredded and toned.

Did you know, she used to train in gymnastics, then moved to athletics and sprinting as a child? However, she soon developed a passion for bodybuilding. “For the first time, I saw advanced athletes, the relief muscles on their calves. Also, there were girls who were in good shape with beautiful legs muscles,” she said inspired by the bodybuilders she saw when attending local competitions in the town neighboring hers. “If you don’t really compete you don’t grow,” is the moto she follows.

Although she is now just a few weeks away from the competition, her ardent supporters have already declared a winner by showing unconditional love in the comment section.

One praised her biceps by stating, “Wow your bicep is getting bigger.” As per information available, Galagan’s biceps measure around 38 cm or 14.9 inches.
