“More Jacked Than Arnold’s Own Son”: Joseph Baena’s Pose Down Alongside Shizzy Breaks the Internet

26-year-old Joseph Baena has followed in his father Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s footsteps. Although he doesn’t compete on the bodybuilding stage, his love for the sport has allowed him to stand alongside some of the sport’s most iconic personalities. Baena and fellow bodybuilders Sean ‘Shizzy’ Taaffe and Axel Martinez recently trained with legendary coach Hany Rambod.

Rambod is arguably the most successful bodybuilding coach in history, with 24 Mr. Olympia titles under his belt. Although Rambod divides his time training champions like Chris Bumstead, Hadi Choopan, and Derek Lunsford, he is passionate about helping create the next generation of champions. However, as Joseph Baena shared a pose-down picture, Shizzy’s physique is what stood out.

“Proper Pose – Proper pump – Proper pic,” Joseph Baena captioned the photo. Hany Rambod stood in the middle with the 26-year-old beside him, hitting a most muscular pose. Meanwhile, Axel Martinez stood on Rambod’s left side, flexing in a similar pose. Shizzy looked gigantic compared to Joseph Baena and Martinez, standing beside Baena, checking out his side chest.

The Evogen founder recently teamed up with the trio and put them through some grueling training sessions. The seven-time Mr. Olympia winner’s son probably posted a picture from one of those post-workout training sessions. However, out of the three bodybuilders, only Taffee competes in natural bodybuilding competitions.

Besides being taller than Joseph Baena and Axel Martinez, Shizzy is taking an extended offseason. The natural bodybuilding sensation aims to put on as much lean muscle as possible before stepping on stage. However, fans didn’t think the explanation was so straightforward.

Fans gave their verdict about Joseph Baena looking downsized

One reason why Joseph Baena looked small compared to the other two bodybuilders, was because he stood the farthest from the camera. The 26-year-old actor also bent forward, making him look shorter. However, fans didn’t think that was the only reason. “Only Arnold’s son is natural,” wrote one fan. “Shizzy claiming natty while being more jacked than Arnold’s own son is a f***ing joke,” wrote a second fan.

Shizzy has come under fire from the bodybuilding community for claiming to be natural in the past. It seems that the viewpoint hasn’t changed. Some also called Axel Martinez a fake natty. “I still can’t believe that Axel is claiming natural,” wrote a fan. Some fans simply praised Joseph Baena. “That is a lot of dedication to the gym, great work! Very inspiring. I will keep going hiking and e-biking,” commented a user. “You are back. I am French, I love your father, and you. You are magnificent,” the fan commented.

Shizzy and Martinez may have outsized Joseph Baena in the photograph. Yet, that didn’t turn out to be so bad for the young actor because fans thought he was the only natural bodybuilder in the frame.
