The bodybuilding community is collectively coming together to illustrate the grave consequences of steroid use. Pros like Flex Wheeler and Ronnie Coleman have persistently discouraged it and now veteran athlete, Milos Sarcev has joined in on the parade. In a recent interview with former bodybuilder, Dennis James, and two other hosts, Sarcev let out his thoughts on the matter.
Surprisingly, the Serbian ace claimed that sometimes steroids can be appropriate for building a shredded frame, however, it must be kept to a minimum low. He denied the belief that the levels must increase with time and asserted that athletes should keep it as low as possible.

The Youtube interview surfaced on Monday, featuring the 59-year-old icon engrossed in a conversation about steroids with James. “Anabolic steroids could be healthy if it’s moderate,” he implied. Not supporting the use of steroids, but Sarcev revealed that a minimum dosage could benefit an athlete in some ways.
However, the 240-lbs star athlete dissed the stereotypical belief that once a bodybuilder starts their cycle on performance-enhancing substances, they need to keep it flowing. He said, “ …you use very little and you already got these results. But you go there and it’s like you have to push it more…no!”
Interestingly, Sarcev took the instance of G.O.A.T Ronnie Coleman, claiming he encouraged it within the community by using it. Otherwise, athletes would have lowered it, per source. “I would always lower it, minimal minimal possible amount because more is not better, they just think it is,” the veteran pro disclosed. Similarly, in another interview, Sarcev charted his whole guide to using enhancers.

The former pro is particularly interested in this discussion because of his personal involvement. Talking to Essentially Sports, Sarcev admitted to using anabolic steroids for 33 years. Yet, he never regretted it. His primary point here was, the right amount under a professional expert’s supervision couldn’t harm the body.
