However, Foxx reprised his role as Electro in the 2021 film Spider-Man: No Way Home by following an inexpensive routine to build his physique.
His mornings begin with workouts as he wants to set the mood for the day. He uses a pull-up bar to get “20 pull-ups”, followed by “25 dips, 50 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 20 to 30 back extensions,” per Insider.
The ‘Ray’ actor suggested, “You don’t need a trainer, just go back to the old-school calisthetics,” to maintain a healthy physique. He opines calisthenics, which involve body weight exercises, can be done with simple movements and need no major gym equipment. Despite maintaining a fitness routine and healthy lifestyle, the actor suffered frightening health issues earlier this year.

The famous daughter of Jamie Foxx, Corinne Foxx, revealed to the world that her father had faced severe medical complications through her Instagram on April 12. However, she ensured that the iconic actor was recovering after quick intervention by the medicos. “Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,” she wrote in her post, per People.
