Actor Mark Wahlberg, of late, has made his presence felt in the?bodybuilding?and fitness world like no other. While actors have always been known to train hard for their roles, Wahlberg, an avid gym goer, has definitely pushed the limits of fitness, training, and healthy routine at the age of 51.?
A few months ago, Wahlberg pledged to step up his game?in order to save his franchise F45 Fitness, which was slowly dying out. He promised to organize training sessions starting at 4 AM, and now he is boasting of some of the remarkable changes seen in these months.

Mark Wahlberg recently wrote on his Instagram,?“4 am club @municipal getting results less than 3 pounds to go #MunicipalPartner”. Wahlberg and his 4 AM club are all about those extremely dedicated fitness enthusiasts who hit the gym every day at 4. Mark Wahlberg has been consistent in making such videos about his fitness journey, urging everyone to do the same.
In the video, Wahlberg said,?“It is Day 96 of 4 am club”. Ever since he made that promise, Mark Wahlberg has been giving his fans and the fitness world a weekly update as to how things are going in the gym. He continued,?“Mike started at 280, look at that Mike, Wow! 202.7 lbs and goal of 200. Ok, started at 280. 4 am club, we are getting results baby. Inspired to be better”.
Wahlberg shared the weight loss journey of his friend who was running on a treadmill. Wahlberg, who is the Chief Brand Officer of F45, has offered personal training to its members and did some special promotions in Wahlberg Week.
It’s Day 96, and Mark Wahlberg shows no signs of slowing down

F45 or Functional 45, went on a downward spiral after a series of mishaps. Its share prices fell, there was a shakeup in the board, and several class actions were pending on it. So to raise the spirits of the fitness world and save it from becoming extinct, ‘The Wahlberg Week’ started with a lot of jest and vigor.

It was around Day 4 of Wahlberg Week and he was pumped as ever. In the clip, he said that he woke up at 12:30 AM, started training at 2 AM, and by 5:30 AM, he was hitting the Southpaw gym in the early hours of the day. His determination and zeal to get the fitness world’s ball rolling are like nothing else. Wahlberg seems to continue on his merry path of inspiring everyone to be healthy.
