Jeff Cavaliere, the former head physical therapist of the New York Mets, has successfully taken on many other roles. The owner of Athlean X is famous for designing dynamic workout programs that show stunning results. Moreover, the fitness sensation is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. During his stint with the New York Mets, he trained many A-list players. And now Cavaliere has emerged as a prominent fitness influencer with a whopping 13.4 million followers on YouTube. In his recent social media post, the functional trainer talks about a famous baseball player.

On YouTube, the internet sensation recalled his experiences working with different people in his career. He picked up photographs of diverse people and spoke about them. At the start of the video, David Wright’s name came up, and Cavaliere promised his royalties, but under one condition.

The former assistant strength coach spoke admiringly of David Wright on the YouTube video, whom he coached in the past. Moreover, he revealed that Wright might take credit for the success of Athlean X. The bodybuilding coach said, ” (Wright) he’s going to say that he actually is responsible for the creation of the business and the success of the business because he was one of the first people who appeared in the video with me back in 2009.”

Moreover, Cavaliere agreed to give up all his royalties if Wright agreed to a match. “I will give you royalties from Athlean X. All accrued up to this point, if you could for once beat me in fantasy football. Needless to say, that ain’t happening, so my money should be pretty secure, ” added the vlogger, highlighting the improbability. Additionally, Cavaliere called Wright “one of the best people on the planet.”

Wright was a legendary player for the New York Mets. He played all 14 years of his MLB career with the Mets. The seven-time All-Star is nicknamed “Captain America” for his notable performances. However, Wright’s career was marred by injuries, especially spinal stenosis, which led to his retirement. One can only pray that Wright responds to the fantasy match challenge by Cavelier, as fans miss the icon in action. One can count on the fitness therapist to come up with ingenious ideas. Interestingly, a few days ago, Cavelier posted an exercise routine influenced by none other than Mike Mentzer.

Cavaliere shows how to build jacked arms 

The Athlean X founder has deep insights into bodybuilding, which is why his fitness content is a hit among fans. Earlier, Cavaliere worked out the training philosophy of 1978’s Mr. Universe. Jeff performed dips, training his arm muscles. In the background, Mentzer’s voice reverberated, explaining the benefits. He said, “Dips are by far, without a doubt, unparalleled. They are the best exercises for pecs, delts, and triceps. There were three American gymnasts who worked with parallel bars….”

The voiceover further explained that these gymnasts showed the muscularity of bodybuilders despite not lifting weights.
