Appreciating Lindner for the positive impact on the world, the bodybuilding pro left another message on his socials a few days later. More recently, Deyzel has shared some profound thoughts with his followers. He spoke about throwing caution to the wind and living a stress-free life.

Recently, in an Instagram carousel post, bodybuilder Noel Deyzel urged fans to lead an uninhibited life. Two of the photos show a carefree Deyzel enjoying the blue ocean. Deyzel’s swimming trunks and yellow duck-shaped tube add a relaxed vibe to the image. While he shows off his muscular arms in one post, he dons a funny pout in the other. 

 He added a heartfelt note, saying, “It took me many years to realize this: I didn’t allow myself to enjoy certain experiences because I was concerned of what people what other people may say or think. I robbed myself of happiness and what other people may say or think. I robbed myself of happiness and missed out on beautiful memories.The news of Jo’s passing devastated the bodybuilder. He wrote several posts talking about his pain and loss. The terrible news brought a different perspective on life. It shows how fleeting life can be.

Noel Deyzel further penned, Don’t ever hold yourself back from fully enjoying life’s incredible moments because you are worried of what other people think. It’s your life, live it.” The bodybuilder raises some important questions about life. Nowadays, one can argue that social media censors many of our thoughts and actions.

Watching a celebrity get vulnerable and share their emotions is inspirational. It shows life is not all a bed of roses. All struggle from time to time, worrying about society and peers. “I started my account because I want you to learn from my mistakes and hope this helps you too,” the fitness influencer wrote under his post.

Deyzel also spoke about mental health issues

The 38-year-old YouTuber also took it upon himself to highlight mental health issues during Mental Health Month. Deyzel advised his followers to come out and share their troubles with friends instead of bottling them up. He asked his 3.55 million subscribers to “check in with the men” to identify any issues people are struggling with.
