Johnson’s top priority right now is to live as long as he can.

During a recent interview with TIME, he revealed that he takes 111 pills every day. In addition, he utilizes several health monitoring gadgets to keep tabs on his well-being. His routine includes wearing a baseball cap emitting red light onto his scalp, collecting his own stool samples, and sleeping with a small device attached to his p*nis to monitor nighttime erections. Not just this, this dedicated bio hacker to achieve the physique of an 18-year-old, has an unusual mantra he recites every time he gets behind the wheel.

From tech success to lifelong pursuit: The unconventional path of Bryan Johnson

Before driving away from his home, he recites his pre-driving mantra to himself, “Driving is the most dangerous thing we do.” Despite being a person who has marketed T-shirts with the slogan “Don’t die” and invests up to $2 million annually in his unique health program known as Blueprint, Johnson is acutely conscious of the irony if he were to be involved in a car accident. He said, “What would be more beautiful irony than me getting hit by a bus and dying?”

According to Fortune, Mr. Johnson has engaged in blood exchanges with his teenage son, consumes over 100 supplements daily, and undergoes daily body fat scans and regular MRIs. A team of 30 doctors manages these procedures. What do you think about living forever? Share your views in the comments.
