Arnold Schwarzenegger, in his latest edition of the newsletter, wrote that the fitness trackers people rely on these days are not doing a very good job. Backing his claims with a study, Schwarzenegger revealed that?“people who wore fitness trackers for 18 months lost less weight and moved less than those who didn?t wear them.”?’Arnie’ also explained that people tend to walk an average of 1000 steps fewer per day despite using these wearable devices.?
Continuing further, he suggested alternate measures to maintain one’s health like creating a goal for yourself. He also mentioned the importance of having a fitness/training partner as it makes things easier and emphasized the fact that not every day is gonna be better than the previous day.

?But when you drop below 6 hours per night, that?s when your brain and body give you the middle finger,??said Schwarzenegger. ?The Austrian Oak? also mentioned that getting less than 6 hours of sleep can make you unhealthy and obese.??A lack of sleep will also make you more irritable, susceptible to depression and anxiety, and can increase the likelihood of issues with your heart,??revealed Arnold.
