In the video, Big Doug started doing the behind-the-neck pull-down, but with a twist. He faced the opposite side of the machine and used a pad behind his back. After Doug completed his set, O’Hearn tried the variation himself, and after completing it, his wife asked him, “We need to hear your approval on this one.” The former powerlifter’s reaction explained how good he felt after performing this exercise.
Titan replied to Muresan and said, “You don’t need to hear anything; go try this.” His wife Muresan did the exercise in her own way, and the Titan closely observed the minute detail she added. The former Mr. California quoted Muresan’s technique as “Beautiful.” He further added, “I really liked that you got the bar behind the pad that range of motion. I’m going to try that.“
As the video progressed, Big Doug explained the benefits of using a pad while doing behind-the-neck lat pulldowns. Doug explained, “What I noticed is you get a really good bicep pump because you pull your elbows forward and the lats stay connected the whole time.”
While one would have often seen Muresan’s support in the gym, O’Hearn has also revealed how she often provides him with support with his diet whenever he needs it.

Earlier in a vlog, Muresan explained how she prepares meals for O’Hearn and quoted it as “You wanna look best, you gotta do the dirty work.” While one might wonder how meal prep becomes dirty work, the reason behind this was the fact that Muresan was preparing a meal with tuna.
For the preparation, she mixed twenty grams of creamed rice with eight ounces of tuna. Muresan also emphasized the accurate measurement of the ingredients so that your diet can remain balanced, adding that she pushed the former powerlifter to his limits and never let him skip even a single day of gym.
