Describing his thrilled state of mind after winning Olympia, he wrote in the caption, “I was on top of the world after winning my first Sandow in 1992. Everything I had worked for over the past nine years had finally come to fruition… I was Mr. Olympia.” Being proud of himself for transforming his normal body into the beast, the caption further said, “So now it was about defending my title and making a statement. Presenting a physique that would combine aesthetics with a level of muscle mass never seen before. I nailed it!”

Further, he talks about Mentzer’s advice on cutting back sets to experience powerful and impressive muscle growth. Shedding light on the advice of Mentzer, he said, “I’d cut back from doing two working sets, to just one. This came about after meeting and training with the great Mike Mentzer in Golds Gym LA.” “We had a few workouts together and his advice was spot on.” he further said.
