Upon confessing how he had some bad eating habits, he now shares his opinion about how he has transitioned into a phase where maintaining a strict routine for both food and exercise comes easy to him.
The 52-year-old American Actor who starred in Ted and Arthur the King gained footing in the fitness community for his extreme cold plunges. A regular devout of fitness, Mark Wahlberg always shares his fitness videos on his social media. This time the actor explained how he reached a place where his lifestyle does not have anything that bothers him.
Cold plunges sets him right, says Wahlberg

In a video with Men’s Health, Mark Wahlberg was shown talking about his everyday diet. Although he mentioned how much he initially found it hard to maintain, he has slowly reached the point where it does not feel laborious anymore. When he was asked which out of fitness or diet is harder for him, Wahlberg said, “It’s just become such a routine for me.”
He further mentioned that the routine is something he almost always looks forward to. Wahlberg confessed, “Now eating right, exercising I feel good, so it’s something really that I look forward to, you know.” He also explained that if there are days when he does not find the motivation, cold plunges are the way to go. He revealed, “There are days where you get in there you don’t really feel like you want to do it but by the time I’ve gotten out of that cold plunge, I’m ready to go. Now that I’ve been focusing on rest and recovery, I don’t feel like it’s as laboring as it used to be.”

In the video, Wahlberg mentioned that he always thinks about either having a tequila or some sort of dessert on top of different variants of pasta. He also mentioned not having the feeling of happiness after eating clean.
Wahlberg reflected, “After not having anything, and eating clean I wonder why I don’t feel good the next day.” The actor also revealed how a Thanksgiving dish, Chicken Pot Pie, was his comfort food.
