Maria Shriver, Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s ex-wife recently shared a wholesome post on her Instagram handle which showcased a video where baseball players revealed how often they call their mothers. Most of them said that they talk to their mothers frequently. Many even said they call their mothers every day. “I love these videos,” Shriver said before revealing how often her children call her.

“Patrick Schwarzenegger and Christopher Schwarzenegger do call me all the time. I look forward to their calls and to my daughters calling me too! I love to talk on the phone, so it means the world to me to me when they call. Let this be your reminder: Call your mother, gentlemen (and ladies)!” wrote Maria Shriver.

All her children are busy with their own lives, with Patrick Schwarzenegger (30) being an actor as well. ‘Moxie’, ‘Stowaway’, and ‘Echo Boomers’ are some movies he has worked in. However, Christopher Schwarzenegger (26), the youngest of all the Schwarzenegger siblings, likes to remain out of the spotlight. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020.

Katherine Schwarzenegger (34) is the oldest of the lot and is married to actor Chris Pratt. She has two daughters with him. Katherine is also a well-known author. Her New York Times best-seller, ‘Rock What You’ve Got’, published in 2010 got a lot of attention. Further, Christina Schwarzenegger (32) found her way to Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand ‘Goop’ as an editor for three years. She is also a founding member of the Special Olympics Founder’s Council.

Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger are very thrilled about their children’s accomplishments. In fact, Shriver publicly wrote about how her eldest son has made her proud several times.

Maria Shriver on Patrick Schwarzenegger’s recent success

Patrick Schwarzenegger followed in his father’s footsteps to Hollywood. However, the actor wanted to establish his legacy instead of riding on his father’s coattails. After years of dedication, the 30-year-old actor reached new heights in 2024. Maria Shriver celebrated her son as he became the face of Emporio Armani’s Men’s Spring Summer 2024 Campaign.

“Talk about a proud mom moment! So unbelievably proud of @patrickschwarzenegger for being the new face of @emporioarmani — wow!! What a way to kick off 2024. I already knew this was going to be a good year, but I can tell it’s going to GREAT!” wrote Shriver in her celebratory post.

However, this wasn’t the only achievement that made Maria Shriver proud. Maria Schriver also expressed her joy when Patrick Schwarzenegger made it to one of her favorite TV shows, The White Lotus. Schwarzenegger will be part of the third season of the Golden Globe Winning show. “Patrick, Patrick, Patrick! I’m so proud of you! First you get engaged, then you become the face of @emporioarmani, and now you get cast in one of my favorite shows of all time, White Lotus! Wow!!! All that hard work and determination is really paying off,” expressed Shriver.
