Bryan Johnson, a rich fitness enthusiast, has been in the news recently, with his attempts to stay young. Johnson takes 111 pills every day and has spent over $4 million on a special health system called “Blueprint.” With the help of expert doctors, this system makes a strict plan just for him, based on info about his health.
Johnson did something unique earlier this year. He engaged in the world’s first plasma exchange with three generations in his family—himself at 46, his son at 17, and his dad at 70. By doing this, he wanted to see if it could help him in his journey to look and feel younger. In his recent post on social media, he talked about plasma treating diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

In his Instagram video, Johnson talked about how there are studies happening to see if plasma treatment can help with cognitive decline, like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. He said, “There are several studies now going on for cognitive decline. Some are treating Alzheimer’s, some for Parkinson’s. It’s not known yet whether it’s powerful enough and how the effects are long-lasting enough.”

When asked if he felt any different after the treatment, Johnson explained that one idea they have is that the plasma might be effective, but since his health markers are already similar to his 17-year-old son, he might not be the best person to notice changes. However, he mentioned that it could potentially have an effect on someone who is experiencing more significant health challenges, like his father.
Earlier, the 46-year-old entrepreneur posted a video that showed him with his son and friends, cycling. They used a drone to capture the view from above. Through the video, he wanted to throw light upon what ‘Blueprint’ was doing for him.

In the caption of the video, Johnson wrote, “The power of Blueprint: keeping up with my 18-year-old son Talmage.” Talmage and his friends joined in, making a group of four, and they all had a great time engaging in cycling. Fans commented on the video, with many pointing out that doing activities typically done by people half their age was a great way to stay fit.
