Who is this coach? An infamous AI tool by the name of ChatGPT. So Greg, sits on his computer one day and chats with an AI tool, and guess what? He loses 26.4555 lbs of weight in 3 months!

As he explained to Business Insider, Mushen said that he has seen tremendous improvements in his body and energy and he is also learning about cardiovascular fitness tips. The chatbot also recommended practices that match expert opinions in the field.

Mushen also confessed his confusion at the step-by-step process since the fitness regime started very slowly. He said, ?I found it very strange that the steps were so small. I?m a go-getter person, so it was the opposite of how I would have done it intuitively.?

Greg admitted that even though the chatbot is helpful, that does not rule out the significance of expert advice. He has found great success with ChatGPT though, and he expressed his gratitude by saying, ?Now I want it?. He states, ?I had a tendency to go very hard, to burn. The maxim burned into our collective conscience is no pain, no gain (which I came to say ?without pain, there is no glory?). But I have learned that this is not always the case.?

Greg explained that he is still a beginner, but he is learning the ropes to fitness faster. He said, ?I?m still a beginner, but I?m in an even better position to assess what a good coach is. Before, it would never have occurred to me to hire a running coach. Just thinking about it would seem very strange to me?. However, Mushen might not be the first person to use ChatGPT for fitness because a famous singer also vouched for AI?s keen eye for exercise.

An interview by?Men?s Health on YouTube featured the ?Left and Right? singer?talking about ChatGPT and fitness. The 31-year-old singer tested the accuracy of the software with a range of questions. He asked a workout question that went, ?Can you write a warm-up routine for Charlie Puth before going on stage??

Lo-and-behold, ChatGPT did not disappoint and Charlie got his extensive warmup routine. Charlie seemed overwhelmed with the 4 bullet point answer that was pretty helpful.?
