Renowned internet personality Ziegler Monster provides online coaching to his fans. He lives on a farm and has a love for fitness, legos, and bikes. He combines all his hobbies and makes content about these on his social media as well as YouTube. With a whopping 1.2 Million followers on TikTok, David Ziegler has been training for decades now and has a gym in his basement where he likes to train. 

After making his bodybuilding debut back in 2010, Ziegler realized that fitness and bodybuilding is an essential parts of his life that he can not live without. Over the years, he built himself a gym that goes by the name ‘ZMF Headquarters.’ As he gave his fans a tour of his home gym in a recent TikTok video, let’s take a look at what he has stacked in his basement.

Entering the ZMF Headquarters, one can witness the trophies and titles that Ziegler has won over the years. He explained that he has a complete set of old-school dumbbells that goes all the way up to 100 pounds. Some of the walls in the gym are hand painted by various artists from around the world, while others are covered with posters of his favorite movies and animes. It is approximately a 1400-square-foot gym with a double layer of gym mats all over the place.

Giving a tour of the whole place, Ziegler said, “I covered the older racks with stickers cause I thought that looked great, made it look cleaner and cool…got the TV, got the nice shelf. [A box] full of exercise things.” The gym also had all the machines necessary to train. He has a plate-loaded lat pull-down machine which can be used for cable rowing as well, along with a hyperextension machine at its side.

The gym cost David Ziegler a hefty amount of $50,000. “We got a great row of mirrors. This is an old-school hack squat…I throw all my attachments under,” revealed Ziegler.
