The 2023 World’s Strongest Man recently took to his official Instagram account and shared a video where he was seen pulling off a clean and jerk with a whopping 400 lbs. It almost seemed as if he did it effortlessly, a standing testament to his years of training and hard work. As he finished the clean and jerk, Hooper was just toying with the 400 lbs weight.

As stated by Hooper multiple times, he lives by the philosophy of ‘lift heavy, be kind and that is what keeps him going. The powerlifter desires to completely change the narrative of how strongmen are seen as tough, violent, and anything but kind. This is why he has earned a huge amount of respect in the fitness community.
