Mike O’Hearn is an internet sensation, personal trainer, and bodybuilder who has spent three decades in bodybuilding. Being at the age of 54, the ‘Titan’ was seen doing heavy deadlifts. The legendary figure and four times Mr. Universe is now training young bodybuilders to reach their set target. O’Hearn preaches to his fans and fellow bodybuilders that it is important to be physically fit. However, it is equally crucial to gain mental fitness while one battles with weights in the gym.  

Recently, Mike O’Hearn has been seen with Rich Piana, an American bodybuilder who won a few NPC competitions in 2003 and 2009. The duo of bodybuilders are discussing O’Hearn’s growth, even at this age. 

Rich Piana spoke about the Titan’s dedication to his timeless physique

Mike O’Hearn posted a YouTube short video, wherein the American bodybuilders are chatting about Mike’s physique and how he feels. The late Rich Piana questioned O’Hearn by asking, “How difficult is it for you to stay like this, this year around?” To this question, Mike responded, “I love this.” Most of O’Hearn’s fans are aware of the part that he admires his physique, and he too always promotes and brands himself as ‘Natural.’

The Titan carries a naturally award-winning physique. He then told Piana, “It’s as difficult as training,” and Piana responded by quoting, “Which you love, and it’s not.” While in the middle of the chat, O’Hearn was posing in different styles, flaunting his flawless Greek God-like figure.

He was standing and looking at himself in the mirror as if he was staring at something he loved. In addition, while Piana was looking at Titan, he couldn’t utter anything other than saying, “It’s amazing.”

Victor Martinez & Vlad Yudin talked about the controversy surrounding O’Hearn’s bodybuilding journey

A lot of bodybuilders believe that Mike O’Hearn must be taking steroids and they completely deny his natural stature when compared to other athletes in their 50s. Vlad Yudin once questioned Martinez, “Do you think Mike O’Hearn ever engaged in using PEDs?”

Victor Martinez responded by saying, “To me, it doesn’t matter I mean for other people they just want to throw shades at him so they could feel better about themselves. Most guys are in their 20s and do not look half as good as him.” Thus, Victor strongly supports Mike O’Hearn and believes in his hard work and dedication.

Nevertheless, after spending 30 years in bodybuilding, Mike O’Hearn has built an aesthetic physique and after this YouTube short when he becomes sarcastic about the use of steroids, it seems like criticism about his physique hardly matters to the 54-YO bodybuilder.
