Even though it’s normal for bodybuilders to regularly get their blood tests done, and analyze any irregularities, the 28-year-old champ took a moment to acknowledge it in front of the community. While sharing that he felt tired since he had to drive for an hour to get to the gym, Cbum noted, ?I got blood work done.?

Furthermore, the Canadian athlete spoke of its cruciality to assess his health and fitness. ?Perhaps starting soon so I’m doing blood work make sure I’m healthy, my body’s ready to rock,? he added. With the intent of training in his best form and go for his fifth Mr. Olympia title, Cbum is waiting on getting his bloodwork results back and then delve into preps in full fledge.?

The four-time Mr. Olympia beast was forced to take two days off from the gym for the bloodwork. However, a three-day break is recommended ahead of getting the tests so ?the results aren?t skewed.? Cbum did not want to take an extra day off, so he instead scrapped the third day and worked out instead.?
