Besides being a seven-time Mr. Olympia, an action cinema icon, and the former Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger is also an author. Over the decades, the 76-year-old has written multiple books, like the incredibly popular Modern Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding, the biography Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story, and more. Recently, the author delved into the self-help genre with his book Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life.

To promote the book, Schwarzenegger has appeared on podcasts, television, and more. His most recent television interview happened when the bodybuilding icon appeared on the Manning Cast on ESPN. However, during the conversation, the Austrian Oak’s internet-famous pet donkey, Lulu, crashed the online interview. Here’s what fans had to say when ESPN posted the clip.

The 76-year-old fitness icon appeared on the Monday Night Football show to discuss his book. The hosts, Peyton and Eli Manning asked the bodybuilding icon many questions, including how much Schwarzenegger bench presses. The hosts didn’t want to make the interview too formal, and the trio had a fun conversation. However, even the hosts didn’t expect Lulu to provide the ultimate comic relief.

Lulu, one of Schwarzenegger’s many adopted pets and arguably the most famous, crashed the interview. ESPN posted the clip of Lulu crashing the interview on X (Twitter), which Arnie shared. In the clip, the donkey demands the bodybuilding legend feed her despite being on camera. Host Eli Manning tried to figure out what Lulu was eating before cracking a joke at Peyton, saying that’s how his co-host eats. Fans loved the hilarious incident.

Another cracked a joke about how Lulu didn’t seem to care what Schwarzenegger was doing when she wanted a snack. “It’s all about the snacks for Lulu! You and I may think we have focus – that’s REAL focus!” joked the fan.

One fan commented that he was yearning for an update about Lulu, and the clip was what he needed. “I love seeing Lulu! I was just thinking the other day you hadn’t had her on socials in a while and I was hoping she was doing well,” said one fan. “And there’s Arnold being useful again!” joked another fan while referencing Schwarzenegger’s book, Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life.
