Clarida recently took to his Instagram and shared a video of himself exercising while Meadows motivating him. He also reminisced about the last time they worked together. He said in the beginning of his caption that he wore a special hoodie that reminded him of the great times he had with his trainer during the six years of duration.

Nonetheless, he liked to train with him because he always pushed Shaun to an extent, but what he cherished even more was the time he spent with John Meadow.
