As the video progressed, one could see how the gymgoer started by performing deadlifts and kept on adding weights with each lift. The king continued calling him stupid for such foolishness. The man got stuck in his barbed wires in his fourth lift, and Coleman asked a question: “What are you trying to accomplish? He failed again during the fifth rep and wanted to count the failed rep. To which the King replied, “No, dude, you didn’t pick that up high enough to count it.”

If you thought this was all that the lifter had up his sleeves, you are wrong. The lifter took his antics up a notch as the video progressed.

The barbed-wire lifter moves on to squats

After his fearsome performance in the deadlift, the individual moved on to perform some squats. The King was even more shocked to see the man performing squats and asked, “How in hell did you come up with this?” As he squatted 225 pounds with good form, he earned some praise from Coleman as well. “That was pretty good depth,” the eight-time Olympia champion said, while also stressing that this guy did all of this to just grab attention on social media.
