elicia Keathley is a mother of three and an online fitness influencer. Keathley struggled with weight-related issues for years. While trying various diets and workout routines, progress was slow. However, she didn’t give up despite putting on weight during her pregnancies. With experience and knowledge, the influencer found the perfect diet and?bodybuilding?workouts that helped her progress. Keathley lost 140 pounds, roughly half of her previous body weight.

However, there was one 10-minute meal that helped Keathley lose so much weight. It also helped the fitness influencer maintain her current weight. On July 7, Felicia Keathley uploaded a video showing off the three-ingredient lunch that helped her shed pounds and make some gains.

The meal that tastes better than it looks

The video started with an image of the fitness influencer before she lost 140 pounds and cut to her current physique.?“Easy, high-protein lunch that helped me lose and maintain 140 pounds,”?Keathley noted in the video.?“Lazy girl lunch that helped me lose and maintain 140 lbs. Quick, easy, high protein and DELISH- it looks weird but just TRUST!!!”?she wrote in the caption.

In the video, Keathley showed a pack of blackened chicken breast strips.?“Chicken of your choice, thrown in the the air frier,”?she instructed. Since air fryers use very little oil, it would turn out healthier and less greasy.?“4 oz chicken of your choice (I air fry at 400 for 7-8 min),”?she wrote in the caption.

The second ingredient is 1 cup of?“low-fat cottage cheese.”?Low-fat cottage cheese also contains fewer calories than the full-fat version. Similarly, she provided the option to choose 1/4 cup of low-fat shredded cheddar. Finally, the fitness influencer put the cottage cheese in a bowl, mixed it up with the shredded cheddar, and topped it off with the air-fried chicken.

“That?s all! Takes 10 minutes to make and keeps me full for so long!”?she explained. However, this isn’t the only diet video Felicia Keathley has on her Instagram page.

What the fitness influencer has throughout the day

While she has been having the lazy girl lunch for a while, Felicia Keathley eats five times a day. For breakfast, she has two shots of expresso with 4 oz. oat milk and a 10 oz. munchie shake. She also has probiotic protein oats with 1?2 tablespoons of peanut butter and strawberries. She makes a healthy burger with 5 ounces of 96/4 lean beef and a salad with romaine, Italian dressing, feta cheese, and croutons for dinner.

She also has a snack between lunch and dinner. The fitness influencer’s final meal is an after-dinner snack of a mini bag of popcorn and a chocolate bar. Hence, it’s safe to say Felicia Keathley’s diet is clean, and the focus is to get in enough protein to power through her workouts.
