The video started with Adesemoye doing seated front delt raises with dumbbells. The bodybuilder kept a neutral grip by alternating between each arm. He also kept his torso straight and core tight to eliminate momentum and isolate the shoulders. However, Mike O’Hearn had a slightly different approach to the exercise.

Instead of alternating each arm, O’Hearn preferred to do multiple raises with one arm before switching to another. He also added slightly more momentum to the movement. However, the former Mr. California kept his shoulders locked in place. After trying O’Hearn’s approach, Adesemoye said it made a “big, big difference.”?However, many bodybuilding enthusiasts didn’t seem to agree.
