Bill Grant, the bodybuilding legend whose name is remembered with those of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, and Franco Columbu to date, is a fitness coach of late. The 76-year-old still hits the gym after overcoming a life-threatening health condition and now prefers the health aspect more than the aesthetics that comes with training.

The Instagram posts of the golden era bodybuilder are most inclined toward workout tips and tricks that could help people who are on their fitness journey. Grant recently posted his workout video where he could be seen working on his lats in a new way and asks his followers to give it a try. The post received comments from his fans who appreciate the legend’s physique and workout techniques.

The Mr. World of 1974 has come a long way in his bodybuilding career and credits his passion for lifting weights for being a life savior at one time. A decade ago, the ace bodybuilder suffered from diverticulitis which made his life miserable for some time. He ended up losing 40 pounds making his condition more critical which is followed by surgery. But Grant learned that his bodybuilding career significantly contributed to surviving the situation, otherwise, such immense weight loss would cost him his life.

Ever since Grant took to bodybuilding with an inclination toward health and longevity. And the workouts he shares often help his followers to work on fitness in a more efficient way. The legend was seen focusing on his lats in the recent clip posted. He captioned it, “Here is a great movement to isolate the lats using a hammer strength machine I sit on the seat sideways and perform reps of 15 to 25 usually 4 to 5 sets.

He also ensured that one could perform the exercise on a lat pulldown machine using a single handle. The stretch that one can experience while performing this exercise is tremendous as per the Master Trainer. “Give this a try I know you’ll love it. Have a great weekend everyone!!” he concludes the post. Fans were intrigued by the new exercise while not missing notice of the chiseled frame the old bodybuilder was sporting.

The personal coach’s post was acclaimed by his fans who reminiscenced the gold era of bodybuilding he belonged to. A proud fan was mesmerized by the legend and wrote, “One of my favorites! Looking amazing with your last and arms Bill! PUMPED!” The workout tip of the legend didn’t go unnoticed as a follower mentioned,”One of my favorite Hammer Strength movements.”
