Bodybuilding is not an easy task. It requires hours of blood, sweat, and tears of athletes so that they can gain a Godly physique that everyone is envious of. In the earlier Golden days of bodybuilding, gym equipment was scarce, and there was no AC to cool down the heat of the bodybuilders. Veterans like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Colombu were used to working out without an AC. Now, however, times have changed, and bodybuilders have special gym facilities along with AC, which is a requirement for everyone due to changing climates and rising heat waves.?

So, Chris Bumstead, the 4-time?Mr. Olympia Classic Physique winner, got a taste of the scorching heat. This is because he worked out in the sweltering weather in a non-AC gym. He made a shocking confession about doing something to his iconic Olympia-winning hairstyle due to the heat!

He uploaded a video on YouTube of his chest day workout before the 2023 Olympias. The athlete, who is gearing up for the 5th Olympia this year while fighting an autoimmune disease, never gives up, even in the extreme heat.

CBum has been training in his new gym for the last 10 weeks, and he sounded very excited with his latest creation. Since the gym is new, the air conditioning has not been installed yet, but Chris made sure all equipment was in place and was ready to be used. All the machines were new and high-end, which Bumstead was using to pump up his muscles. However, Bumstead had a lot to say about working out without an AC.

Chris exclaimed, ?One thing I didn?t realize is how fu**** thick my hair is?? He then continued with a funny but scary anecdote, adding, ?Until I train in the gym with no AC. I might just fuc*** chrome dome and go bald this year. I have a mustache and go bald and look like a fu**** serial killer from the 1940s.? Even after saying this, he did not stop training and braved the heat with his muscle-pumping exercises. Bumstead has always been a grounded and humble bodybuilding icon who knows how to balance his goals. He previously shared his analogy of hurdles and journeys that brought him to where he is today.
