Since starting his daily fitness newsletter Arnold’s Pump Club, the Arnold Classic founder has become active on social media. Arnie now posts and interacts with tens of millions of fans on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and more. In his latest post, the Austrian Oak had a simple answer to the common question about fitness.

“Today, I want to talk about time,”?Arnie wrote in his post. The former Mr. Olympia stated he had discussed the issue before, but people many people have emailed him. Arnie said that among those many emails, one of the most common questions,?“no matter how much I talk about it, is how to find time for fitness.”

 

“The short answer is you don?t find time. You make time,”?wrote Arnie in the caption of his post. For those looking for a more in-depth answer, the 76-year-old asked them to join his daily fitness newsletter. Arnie uploaded three images from The Terminator (1984) in his post. One might find it fitting since The Terminator is about manipulating time to change the outcome. So, what does Arnie’s newsletter offer?
