The essential part of any bodybuilder’s life is perfect training sessions with experienced mentors. Often, athletes meet these great coaches later in their careers. But recently, a fitness influencer who faced criticism is now training with the best in the industry. One of his accompanists has proven his extraordinary skills by showing what he had done with 4x classic champ Chris Bumstead, who won Mr. Olympia titles, three times in a row, working with him only.

The 21-year-old fitness Influencer Sam Sulek joined forces with IFBB pro bodybuilders Fouad Abiad and Iain Vallerie, in Ohio, for his leg day training session. This collaboration has garnered people’s attention. Despite the challenge, Sulek constantly shows his determination to get better with every passing day.

Their drill was uploaded to Fouad Abiad Media’s YouTube channel a few days back. The video already attained 143k views in just three days. People left positive comments in their videos and showered love and support.

However, before getting into the hard-core workout session, both Sulek and the Canadian coach talk about the exercises they will perform. “We’re going to go get to work. I think today Sam’s going to let me run through my workout,” says the former bodybuilder.

“So, it’ll be a little bit more volume, a little bit more reps, and for those of you guys out there who are Sam’s fans I’m not trying to change a sh*t not to come down on me about it,” With a laugh said the 44-year-old coach in the video. However, their collaboration was certainly appreciated by the people on the internet.
