Arnold Schwarzenegger started lifting weights at the age of 15. Inspired by Reg Park’s poster, Arnie pumped iron to win bodybuilding titles during his prime. And the 76-year-old is back at the gym after his recent elbow surgery.

The Terminator icon developed an interest in bodybuilding after witnessing the ripped physique of his mentor, Reg Park, on a bodybuilding magazine’s cover. Soon, he had a clear vision for his future, and that was to build a chiseled frame that could fetch him bodybuilding titles. But Arnie never stopped his fitness journey despite retiring from the bodybuilding stage in the 1980s.

Earlier this month, the Governator underwent elbow surgery because of nerve damage and was spotted with a bandage on the right arm near his Beverly Hills office. Even hours before the surgery, the Pumping Iron icon was at the gym for a workout. But following the treatment, the 76-year-old took a few days off from his gym routine. And now, he is back at the gym and was lately seen doing reps of shoulder presses in the clip. “Nothing can stop me!” reveals Arnie as he shows his bruised and bandaged arm.

Comebacks are a part of life. I was pumped to get back into the gym after my little elbow surgery. What are you coming back from?” he wrote in the post’s caption. Ronnie Coleman was impressed by Schwarzenegger’s willpower and wrote, “No surgery could keep us from the gym bro… Yeah Buddy,” resonating with Arnie’s thoughts. And to state the facts, nothing can stop Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman from hitting the gym.

Ronnie Coleman also possesses similar willpower. Despite the pain of a herniated disc, the King pushed through the limits in his bodybuilding journey.
