While those who procure tickets witness the event unfold live, bodybuilding fans worldwide stream the event using the pay-per-view option provided by IFBB. However, fans are upset with lightning on stage.
The Open Category’s pre-judging event begins

The Men’s Open category is the most sought-after event at the Mr. Olympia, and the pre-judging for the category concluded. Hadi Choopan, Derek Lunsford, and Samson Dauda made it to the Top 3 Call Out at the event. However, fans witnessing the event online are unhappy with production quality.

The community has complained that the conditioning of the mass monsters on stage was not visible due to poor lighting, and fans did not expect it to happen at the most decorated Mr. Olympia championship. The B&T media channel shared Samson Dauda’s onstage physique from the pre-judging event.

The online followers, however, pointed out that the lightning is playing a spoilsport in determining the bodybuilder’s conditioning. They flooded the comment section of the post, complaining about the poorly lit Mr. Olympia stage.
Fans call out the IFBB production

The poor lightning left fans of the mass monsters devastated as they complained online. “This light show stuff has to stop. The live stream looks horrible,” complained a fan on an Instagram post of Dauda’s physique from the event. “Production like this and they want to charge 80 bucks for ppv?” questioned a furious fan.
“Yea no way everyone isn’t conditioned it has to be the lighting?” reasoned another bodybuilding enthusiast. “Lighting must not be up to par, all photos making them look watery,” suggested another. “Lighting looks off once again,” wrote a devastated Mr. Olympia enthusiast.
